Request for proposals are invited for Supply, Implementation, Migration, Support and Commissioning of a Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared on UNDB online of 15th June 2011
The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) has set aside funds for the operation of the Secretariat during the financial year 2018/19. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the Supply, Implementation, Migration, Support and Commissioning of a Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System .
The ACBF now invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable Companies for the Supply, Implementation, Migration, Support and Commissioning of a Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Biddingprocedures specified in the ACBF Procurement Procedure Manual

Qualification requirements include: Expertise and experience in the provision of similar services in the last 5 years, proven evidence of international experience and wide coverage beyond Zimbabwe, proof of international partnerships / networks, proof of 3 years’ audited financial statements, proof of qualifications and skills and certified technical staff.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents.

8. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the ACBF Offices located at the above address
9. Late bids, portion of bids, bids not received, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening session shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
