object of the contract : supply, implementation and maintenance of a software and hardware solution for managing reception areas for travelers place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: metropolitan area of brest main features : the purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-party framework agreement that will be executed as and when the issuance of purchase orders coproviding services for the supply, implementation and maintenance of a software and hardware solution for the management of reception areas for travelers. Adapted framework agreement subject to the provisions of articles r. 2123-1 to r. 2123-7, r. 2162-1 to r. 2162-6 and r. 2162-13 to r. 2162-14 of the code de la public order and under the conditions detailed in article 2 of the rules of consultation.
