object of the contract : supply, implementation and maintenance of a software and hardware solution for managing reception areas for travelers place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: metropolitan area of brest main features : the purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-party framework agreement that will be executed as and when the issuance of purchase orders coproviding services for the supply, implementation and maintenance of a software and hardware solution for the management of reception areas for travelers. Adapted framework agreement subject to the provisions of articles r. 2123-1 to r. 2123-7, r. 2162-1 to r. 2162-6 and r. 2162-13 to r. 2162-14 of the code de la public order and under the conditions detailed in article 2 of the rules of consultation. Scheduled bargaining phase, but possibility of awarding the contract on the sole basisinitial offers.a hearing of the candidates who submitted an offer will be organized and will allow the community to obtain clarification or complements of this offer (see article 2.6 of the consultation rules).
