Description: The consultation includes in particular:

- the supply of a GIS solution for the management of water and sanitation networks,

- installation, configuration, any necessary developments,

- assistance with implementation, with recommendations for equipment and version of software components,

- the recovery of existing data,

- the link to a third-party database,

- training,

- technical and functional support,

- progressive and corrective maintenance.

The procedure will lead to two contracts:

- a market for the supply and implementation of a water and sanitation network management GIS. It will include a one-year guarantee from the date of admission of the service. The lead time is 18 months. This is an ordinary market, treated at a fixed price;

- a framework agreement with order forms for maintenance with an annual maximum of EUR 80, 000 excl.
