Tenders are invited for Supply of Hardware

Interested firms/companies should submit the following supporting documents:
• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including forms CAC2 and CAC7
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years- 2016, 2017, 2018;
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificates of two Directors;
• Evidence of current PENCOM Compliance Certificate (2018);
• Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund Compliance Certificate (2018);
• Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate (2018);
• Evidence of settlement of PAYE and other taxes due to the State, where relevant
• List and verified documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including letter of awards, valuation certificate and job completion certificate;
• Company profile including Curriculum Vitae of key staff with copies of their Professional Qualification where applicable;
• Bank reference;
• Audited accounts of the bidder for the last three (3) years (2016, 2017, 2018);
• An affidavit disclosing whether any officer of the Ogun State Government is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
• Evidence of registration with Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) and Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) for lots 5 & 6
• Contact address including GSM Numbers and e-mail address.

D. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Since the initial selection/pre-qualification and the tender stages are to run concurrently, this advertisement serves as notice for both INITIAL SELECTION/PRE-QUALIFICATION; TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSALS/BIDS.
Interested companies are to pay a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25, 000.00) per lot into the OGSG Revenue Holding Account No 5030028502 at Fidelity Bank and collect tender documents on presentation of evidence of payment of tender fee at the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Budget & Planning, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.

E. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals/bids in separate sealed envelopes which should be labelled or marked with “technical proposal/bid* and “financial proposal/bid” lot respectively at the front top right hand corner both of which are to be dropped in the tender box located at the office of the Permananet Secretary, Ministry of Budget & Planning, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta, on or before 12:00 pm of 28 November, 2019.

All pages of the documents must be duly endorsed by the bidder and addressed to:

F. OPENING OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS/BIDS
Initial Selection/Pre-qualification (Technical) documents will be opened on 28 November, 2019 at 3:00 pm in the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Budget & Planning, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta. Interested members of the Public, Civil Society/Media Organizations and interested bidders or their representatives are hereby invited to attend the opening of the Technical documents as scheduled.

G. IMPORTANT NOTICE
• Late submission of tender documents will not be accepted
• Pre-qualified bidders shall be invited later for financial bid opening
• No refund of fee to any disqualified bidder (s)
• This advertisement should not be construed as a commitment nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from OGSG by virtue of such company having responded to this advertisement. All expenses incurred in preparing bid documents and all expenses associated with bid responses shall be borne solely by the company concerned.

Technical and financial proposals/bids are to be enveloped separately and inserted in a bigger sealed envelope. Any combined bid shall be disqualified.
