Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Hardox-500 Fabricated Wear Plates and Fasteners for Hyundai Cranes.

Document Fee: QAR 1, 500/-.

Bid Bond: QAR 11, 250/-.

In accordance with the following conditions:
1) Tender Documents can be collected from our head office located at Al-Saad, Suhaim bin Hamad St., Qatar First Bank Building, 10th Floor (Sunday: Thursday) between 08:00 to 13:00.
2) Bids are to be submitted in two separate and sealed (in red wax) envelops (Technical Commercial) and addressed to Tenders and Auction Committee, Tender reference number and subject are to be clearly written on the envelops.
3) Tender Documents will be released only after delivery of Deposit Slip Stamped by Commercial Bank along with Authorization Letter to the delegated person signed by authorized person as per Computer ID, Copy of commercial Registration (CR). Business License and Computer ID.
4) Tender Fees are nonrefundable and can be paid via direct deposit to QPMC Bank A/C (4050-651111-006) at Commercial Bank of Qatar. Tender reference number and subject are to be written on the deposit slip.
5) Tender Bond (Bank Guarantee/ Manager Cheque) must be valid for 120 days after closing date and must be submitted in separate & sealed envelope along with Technical bid and a photo copy is to be attached with commercial bid. Bids without tender bond will be rejected.
6) Bids must be valid for 90 days after closing date and are to be submitted in two copies (Original & Duplicate).
7) Any queries relating to the Tender Documents must only be raised in writing, preferably by email, to the address specified in the respective Tender Document. Any response issued by QPMC will be in the form of a question and answer and will be distributed to all Tenderers without revealing the identity of the originator of the queries in the Form of Tender Bulletins. Queries must be received at the address specified in the respective ITT Documentation at least five (5) calendar days prior to the Tender closing date. Any queries received after such date will be ignored.
