Quotation are invited for Supply of Fuel through Fuel Coupons (Nineveh).

World Vision International- Iraq is inviting potential suppliers, which are all strong and highly regarded within the industry to participate in and submit an offer in response for the following Business Category:

• Supply of Fuel through Fuel coupons (Nineveh)

Tender Details:

• World Vision Iraq, is seeking the service of potential suppliers to provide fuel coupons to be used at specific Gas stations in Mosul area.

• The required stations should be at a proximity of World Vision-s office in Mosul (Address: East Mosul- Noor neighborhood- in front of Zunooran mosque, GPS: 36.369112 -43.186861)

• Coupons will be purchased in advance on a monthly basis based on need.

• Payment will be done up to 50% of total value of purchase order- balance will be paid once all coupons are utilized

• Each coupon will have a specific value in IQD (to be set by WV ex: 30, 000 IQD)

• Suggested Station should be able to provide fuel to vehicles based on coupons only, without the need to use cash.

• Laborer at oil station should fill the information on coupon (date, liter QTY, vehicle no, name of driver, km reading) and sign.

• 2 copies of each coupon should be available, where one copy is returned to driver and the second will be kept with station for reconciliation if needed.

Legally Registered suppliers are invited to participate in the below tender as per below instructions:

Legally Registered suppliers should submit their documentation to participate in the selection process for the above-mentioned category. The List of Documentation is as following:

• Certified copy of a certificate of business registration

• Certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents

• Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owners and their ID)

• Provide last two years of audited financial statements or tax filing, or similar documents (optional)

• Provide references from previous customers / Other INGOs

• Provide documentation proofing that the company is clear of legal disputes that ended in Court in the past three years. (Optional)

• Company Profile: indicating all contact names, bank details, list of clients with whom company has provided similar services.
