3.1 Bids must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System of the Republic of Mauritius on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org by 9 November 2021 up to 13.30 hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest. Bids received after deadline and/or by any other means shall not be considered.
