Supply of Fuel for Moral Recovery Workshop

Price validity shall be for a period of 90 calendar days upon date of

quotation. After such, the purchase orders issued to the winning bidder shall

be deemed terminated. Provided, however that a one month grace period

price validity shall be granted in the event that the succeeding purchase

request of the requisitioner has not yet been approved.

The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished RFQ in the bid box at the above-mentioned address and on the time and date specified above. Late bids shall be rejected.

The BAC of Bislig City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all RFQs at any time prior to the issuance of Purchase Order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
