Subject: Invitation to Quote (ITQ) – Supply of Fuel and Vehicles Maintenance Services

1. The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somalia Capacity Injection Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods and related services to be procured under this project.

2. The Office of the Prime of Federal Government of Somalia through its Project Coordination Unit (PCU) invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for carrying out the following services:

3. Provide Standard Vehicle Fuel, Preventive Maintenance Services, Minor and Major Services for Capacity Injection Project vehicles.

4. Conduct a systematic verification of spares and lubricants for each preventive maintenance.

5. Maintain an adequate inventory of parts for those models of vehicles they elect to service and shall have a satisfactory source of supply for such parts as may be needed in the performance of services.

6. Avail the services of their workshop and give priority to provide CIP-PCU Vehicles with all necessary repair and maintenance.

7. Conduct a systematic post service quality control to insure the operationally and safety of the vehicle before handing over to CIP-PCU.

8. The bidder should submit the following Documents:

9. Valid Trading Licences from Ministry of Commerce and local government. Copies of all current commercial licenses, registrations and certifications issued by federal Government and local government

10. Tax clearance Certificate from the Ministry of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia and Local Government

11. Company Profile (minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar business or services)

12. Minimum of three (3) customers references for product and/or services of similar scope of the this RFQ, dating within past 3 years

13. Vendor’s ability to perform towards above requirements and desired specifications

Note: Failure of providing any of the above documents will result to technical disqualification

4. Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents can be obtained at the Project Coordination Unit, office of the Prime Minister, Villa Somalia, Mogadishu, Somalia from 08:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday to Thursday. Quotations shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the closing date,

5. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before hour 11:00 am local time. Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Electronic submission of quotations shall not be permitted. Late quotations will be rejected. Incomplete Bids will be disqualified.
