Tenders are invited for Supply of Electronic Equipment, Generators, Air Conditioners

A registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid for each application submitted for registration and that fee may either be paid to this office between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm on working days or may be paid by a cheque drawn in favour of “Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Matara”. Cheques submitted should be valid for 60 days.

Generally, quotations are invited from registered suppliers of year 2023 and the quotations submitted should be valid generally for three (03) months. The Municipal Council reserves the right to obtain goods and services from sources other than registered suppliers at times of necessity. Further, the suppliers should agree to supply goods and services on a credit period of 60 days.
