Tenders are invited for Supply & Distribution of Olive Seedlings.

The Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC) in partnership with Premiere Urgence International (PUI) within the project “Supporting olive farmers affected by the coercive environment when accessing and cultivating their land in the governorates of Qalqilya and Salfit Funded by The United Nations Occupied Palestinian Territory Humanitarian Fund-s (oPt HF)., are announces a bid to supply and distributing Olive seedling to Deiristia, Keffel haress and Yasouf in salfit district.

Those who are interested in applying for the mentioned tenders should receive the tender-s documents forms from one of UAWC-s offices in Ramallah, Nablus, Hebron, and Jericho for a sum of 50 $ non-refund-able “for each copy”, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., starting from 12/2/2020 (Friday and Saturday are official days off) until 19/2/2020. The bids shall be returned to UAWC-s office - Ramallah, no later than 20/2/2020, at 10:00 p.m. The bids will be opened on 20/2/2020 starting from 10.30 a.m. in UAWC-s Ramallah Office.

Notes:
1. The advertisement fees should be paid by the winner bidder.
2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the registration certificate.
3. Tenderers should provide a valid deduction from source & the registration certificate. The winner should provide a vat exempted invoice .
4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the lowest prices.
5. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank
check equals to 5% of the offered bid, this guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders; personal cheques will not be accepted, otherwise the tender will be neglected.
