SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ULTRASOUND SCANNER MACHINE
WITH TRANS-VAGINAL PROBE
1. The Department of Health, Center for Health Development Bicol (DOH - CHD Bicol), through the 2020 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 1, 800, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Supply & Delivery of Ultrasound Scanner Machine with Trans-Vaginal Probe”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH - CHD Bicol now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of the above captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Property Transfer Report (PTR). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
