Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply & Delivery of Laboratory Supplies of San Mateo Integrated Community Hospital (B2024-010-GOODS)
1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SAN MATEO, ISABELA (LGU-SMI), through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian for 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos and 40/100 (Php379, 788.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Laboratory Supplies for San Mateo Integrated Community Hospital (B2024-010-GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
