The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee [BAC] invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid, for the following:

All particulars relative to Bid Documents, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Revised 2016 Implementing Rules (IRR) & Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) 9184.
Prospective bidders must have completed a single largest contract that is similar to the contract to be bid within the last (2) years [i.e 2016-present] with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract [ABC] of the proposed contract to be bid.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Prospective bidders must carefully read the -œInstruction to Bidders- and comply the requirements stated therein.
The head of the Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
