Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of prefabricated houses

Document Collection Deposit Details: P 500.00 (Non-refundable)

Closing Date: 07 September 2018 at 10:00 (Local Time)

Site Inspection: Compulsory site visits will run from 13 August 2018 to 15 August 2018. Site Visits are mandatory therefore, all bidders wishing to submit bids for these projects must attend the site visits. Registration will start at 09:00 hours to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 14:30 on the day of the site visit. Bidders who fail to register on the said date and time will not be considered. Site visit Certificate will be issued after completion of each site (project) therefore, bidders are required to complete the project visited. An individual will not be allowed to represent multiple companies. These will be conducted from respective district offices on the dates stipulated below. Bidders are to report to Heads of Districts/Procurement Offices at Wildlife offices once they get there for the pre-site visit tender meetings. Main Wildlife Anti-Poaching Unit Office on 13 August. 2018 at 09:00. Boro Wildlife Anti-Poaching Unit Office on 13 August 2018 at 14:00. Kasane Wildlife Anti-Poaching Unit Office on 15 August 2018 at 09:00.

Restriction: Bidders who are appropriately licensed to trade, manufacture and/or supply the items and are in possession of requisite documentation (PPADB Certificate), import, manufacture and/or sell such items according to the Laws of Botswana and are registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board qualify to submit offers. (Note: PPADB Code: 01 - Buildings. Sub-Code: 03 on Grade: B up to D shall only apply to domestic suppliers, while international bidders shall submit Certificate of Incorporation/Trade Licence.
