SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) LOT AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FOR EMB EXECUTIVE BUILDING

ITB No. EMB-GOODS-NCB-2021-0026

1. The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through FY 2020 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Eleven Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos (PhP1, 011, 110.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of One (1) Lot Air Conditioning Units for EMB Executive Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The EMB Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
