The Barangay Local Government Unit of Datu Sundungan, Pres. ROXAS, thru Bids and Awards Committee (BBAC) hereby invites interested bidders to apply for Eligibility and to bid for here under procurement.

Prospective bidders should have experienced in undertaking similar project/deliviries with in the last 2 years an amount of atleast 50% of the aforementioned proposed.
The eligibility Check/screening as well as the Prelimenary Examination "pass/fail" criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shalll be conducted.
All Particulars relative to eligibilitystatement and screening, bid security, pre-bidding conference (s) evaluation of bids and post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be governed by the pertinent provissions of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)

The BLGU of Barangay Datu Sundungan, Pres. Roxas Cotabato the right to waive any formality in the response to the Eligibility Requirement to this invitation.
The BLGU further the right to reject any all proposals or declare a failure of bidsing or not Award to contract and makes no assurance that a contract shall be extend into as a result of this invitation.
