Abstract: Mandatory Technical RequirementsSystem will robotically deposit metals using the CMT (cold metal transfer) welding process to Include Aluminum, stainless steel, Titanium and Steel. Capable of deposition rates exceeding 4kg/hr for Aluminum and steel and in the case of Titanium 2kg/hrRobot will have a minimum of six axis movement.System will have a minimum work envelope of 15.2m3 with a deposition area of no less than 800x800x800mmComplete installation must fit within a room 3.6mx3mx2.7m(h)Will include robot control system for controlling program creation, correction and maintenance, movement in all axes, Path planning, sequence control, and monitoring.System will include automatic torch cleaner.System will include a magnetic "crashbox" to minimise force on torch in the event of impact.Tenderer must include installation, calibration, commissioning and training onsite.
