Tenders are invited for Supply Delivery and Installation if Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

A complete set of the bidding document shall be acquired upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K5, 000.00 (Five Thousand Malawi Kwacha) in cash or bank certified cheque or any convertible currency. Bidding documents may be purchased from the Cash Office, Room 123 on Floor Number 1 of MRA Msonkho House, Blantyre, Malawi.
Sealed Bids clearly marked with the procurement reference Number should be deposited in the Tender box at MRA Msonkho House Reception, on Floor 2 on or before Thursday, 7th November 2019 at 15.00hours local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids shall be rejected Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders` representatives, who choose to attend the bid opening proceedings on Thursday, 7th November 2019 at 15.00 hours.
