Supply, Delivery and Installation of 7 Units Solar Pump Irrigation System Under Organic Agriculture Program for the Year 2019

The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers/ bidders to submit bid proposal(s) for the hereunder requirement, to wit:





SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 7 UNITS SOLAR PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM

Minimum Specification

1. PUMP: Submersible pump

a) Capacity of at least 20 cu. Meter per day at the following conditions:

1. Total Dynamic Head : 40m (minimum)

2. Pump Efficiency : 50% (minimum)

3. Dimension : 1, 250mm length and 74mm diameter maximum

4. Gross weight : 10kg (maximum)

b) Motor specification: Built into the pump.

1. Built-in frequency converter

2. Can be supplied by either DC or AC voltage source

3. Inverter and control unit must be integrated in the motor

4. Built-in Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)

5. Rated Voltage AC 90-240V and Rated Voltage DC 30-300V

6. Enclosure class: IP 68

c) Motor protection:

The built-in electronic unit must protect the motor in case of:

1. Dry running

2. Over and under voltage

3. Overload

4. Over-temperature

2. SOLAR POWER MODULES

a) 1000 WP total Solar Power Modules (minimum) or its equivalent

b) Manufactured in ISO 9001-Certified Factories

c) Must be CE marked

d) Must have TUV Certification (IEC 61215)

e) Cell Type: Poly-crystalline

3. CONTROL UNIT AND LEVEL CONTROLLER

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 7 UNITS SOLAR PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2019



1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for the Year 2018 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P4, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 7 UNITS SOLAR PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2019 per Identification Number DA3-2018-11-21-109 (2019), consisting of single lot as identified in the Bid Data Sheet, Schedule of Requirements and described below, to be bidded, evaluated and awarded single lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, we invite legally, technically and financially capable suppliers to negotiate with the Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III on subject requirement.
