Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate from the manufacturer of the goods in Tender must be submitted with the Tender document.2. The brochures/Printed Catalogue of the goods in tender must be submitted.3. The technical drawing if needed4. Warranty certificate as specified in the Technical specifications5.Minimum factory production capacity 25, 000 per unit per month.6.Minimum factory area 100, 000 sft.7. The service center minimum 50 districts in country wide (List of service center must be summited) .8. Up to date departmental environment clearance certificate.9. Factory license10. A forest stewardship council (FSC) certificate is required.11. Up to date membership certificate from Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association.12. Up to date ISO certificate13. Minimum 60 service centers in minimum 30 different districts (including Gazipur) of Bangladesh14. Suppliers shall have ABC Electrical Contractor License15.Certificate of Air Antipollution Equipment Systems16. Suppliers shall have a Certificate from Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms as Certificate of Digital Business Identity (DBID).17. Suppliers must have an interior design team of minimum 10 persons which shall include architects, engineers and technicians.
