Tenders are invited for Supply of Computers, Printers & Accessories.

Supply and delivery of 4 x complete sets of Dell laptops, 2 x Dell desktops, 3 x 3 in one printers with printer, scanner and photocopier (Preferably Laser Jet Pro 400 MFPm 425dn)

• Proof of Registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe
• Company profile.
• CR 6 and CR 14
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Bank statements for the past twelve months.
Interested suppliers of the above mentioned goods or services should obtain bidding documents with specifications upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RTGS S 500-00 for each copy of the invitation to tender from the Tsholotsho Rural District Council`s Offices. Completed bidding documents in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the procurement reference number and title of tender should be addressed and submitted to “The Procurement Management Unit, Tsholotsho Rural District Council, Box 40, Tsholotsho". Closing Date: 16 November 2019 at 11:00 hrs. Tenders which are received after 11:00 hrs on the 16th of November 2019 will be treated as late tenders and will be rejected. All bids will be opened in public on the 16th of November 2019 at 12:00 hrs at Tsholotsho RDC boardroom.
Tsholotsho RDC does not bind itself to award the lowest tender on any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any tender.
