Tenders are invited for Supply of Computer Equipment for the Oral Health Unit of Tillaberi, and the National Programs for Oral Health and Mental Health.

1. This invitation to tender follows the General Procurement Notice for the project published in the daily Sahel No. 9267 dated 24 January 2017 and Sahel Sunday 1725 of 3 February 2017, as well as in the Public Procurement Plan of the Ministry of Public Health for the year 2019 published in the daily Sahel No. 9657 of 21 January 2019.

2. The Government of the Republic of Niger has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to cover the cost of the Project to Support the National Program for the Prevention and Control of Diseases in Niger, and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract for the Purchase and Installation of Medical Equipment and Supplies for the Tillabéri Oral Care Unit, the Niamey Oral Health Program and the National Mental Health Program. The Ministry of
Public Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to supply and install medical equipment and accessories for the Tillabéri Oral Care Unit and the Agadez, Diffa, Dosso, Maradi, Tahoua and Mental Health Units. Tillaberi.

The tender document is to be withdrawn directly by the supplier from the buyer or the tender dossier may on request be sent by express mail and after payment in advance of acquisition costs and shipping.

6. All offers must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

(or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency).

Offers must be submitted to the address below no later than 22 August at 09:30 local time (GMT + 1).

They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers wishing to attend, at the address below. Late offers will be rejected and returned unopened.
