· All items in the offers must be available for delivery at quotation date.
· ZERO VAT invoices must be issued.
· Financial offers must be submitted in ILS (excluding tax).
· A valid deduction at source certificate is required, or else 10% of the total payment will be deducted as income tax.
· Offers must be valid for at least 1 month.
· Any incomplete and incompatible offer won-t be accepted.
· REFORM maintains the right to cancel or split the RFQ.
· Winning vendor will cover advertisement fees.
