Description : UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, an International Development Agency, is looking for qualified offers for the following services:

Lot 1: design, installation and dissemination of communication and awareness support of the 5th RGPH in Burkina Faso

Lot 2: the realization of the media coverage of all activities related to the 5th RGPH of Burkina Faso.

The Bidder can submitfor a single Lot but is encouraged to bid for both Lots if it meets the profile and qualifications required. Each Lot will be independently contracted for professional services.

Your company is hereby invited to submit its best technical and financial offer for the goods / services requested. Your submission may form the basis of a professional service contract (CPS) between your company and theUNFPA.

To submit an offer, please read carefully all the documents in this RFP.

The bidding process will be conducted using a TWO-envelope system. Interested bidders are requested to submit their technical bid separately from their financial offer containing price information.
