Prior Information Notice for Supply of a Clinical Data Exchange, Warehouse and Analytics Platform to the Ministry of Health - Belize.
6. Contract description
The contract is to establish and operationalize a Clinical Data Exchange Platform (hereinafter Platform), in line with a set of national standards and regulation, which shall promote and support the Belize Health sector strategy, expanding the current health information system infrastructure (BHIS and other information systems).
The following Platform products are to be delivered/customized using the supplied Platform Components: 1) EHR repository (data & documents), 2) data analysis system and registries, 3) master indexing, 4) national reference information services and registers, 5) clinical nomenclature and data classification services, 6) EHR interfaces (integration/interoperability and user portals), 7) integrated EHR clinical semantics enforcement (business logic) module.
Onsite product support services shall ensure proper integration (technological and operational) of the delivered Platform products (supplies). Onsite product support services aim to ensure the operational sustainability of the delivered Platform products (supplies) and include extensive training and knowledge transfer during all stages of contract implementation.
