Tenders are invited for Supply of Ceramic and Glazed Tiles - Monymusk and Sevens Housing Developments, Clarendon (Re-tender)

Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered suppliers to submit tenders to supply, deliver and off-load 17, 600 ceramic tiles, 4, 400 glazed tiles, 4, 000 non-slip tiles, along with grout and thin-set, at two (2) of its housing developments as follows:
1. Monymusk Housing Development, Vere, Clarendon; and
2. Sevens Housing Development, Birds Hill, Clarendon

Note: Two (2) separate contracts will be awarded from this tender process. Therefore, suppliers are permitted to bid on one (1) or both locations.

LOCATION:
The properties are located in the parish of Clarendon as follows:
1) Monymusk south of the town of May Pen along the Hayes main road from Mineral Heights Round-about to the town of Vere, Clarendon.
2) Sevens north-east of the town of May Pen and approximately 6 km from the intersection of Hazard Drive and Paisley Avenue, Clarendon.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Tenderers must provide:
1) Evidence of tax compliance.
2) A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) / National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware & Haberdashery.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ`s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Tuesday, March 10, 2020.

RETURN OF DOCUMENTS:
Bids must be submitted online on or before 10:00 am on Friday, April 3, 2020; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
