Description of Goods: Supply of Business Laptops and/ Accessories

Eligibility: The following documents are required at tender submission:

1. Manufacturer-s Authorization (dealer certification)

2. Tax Compliance Certificate

3. National Contracts Commission Registration Certificate in Computer and Supplies

Description of Goods: Lot 1 - Supply twenty - three (23) business laptops along with carrying cases, monitors, docking stations, keyboards and mouses

Lot 2 - Supply six (6) business laptops along with monitors, carrying cases, docking stations, keyboards and mouses

Lot 3 - Supply one (1) business 2-in-1 laptop, one (1) tablet with detachable keyboard and accompanying accessories.

Procurement Method: Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the IDB-s Policies for the Procurement of Goods and Works (GN-2349-9) and the Local Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the GOJ-s “Handbook of Public Sector Procurement Procedures”.
