Tenders are invited for Supply of Branding and Promotional Materials (Designing, Printing, Manufacturing, Availing, Electrical Installation and Fixation of Branding and Promotional Materials).

Interested bidders specialized in the field may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document at the Procurement Unit, EUCL Head Office, KN 82 ST 3, NYARUGENGE, KIGALIRWANDA or you can contact us on procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw The Bidding Document can be obtained from 31/08/2018 at the Secretariat of the Procurement Unit of EUCL upon presentation of a prepaid Bank slip of non- refundable amount of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs (5, 000 Rwf). This payment can be done on the account n° 5044962-01-96 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda. Bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in four (4) copies of which one is an original and three (3) copies, accompanied by a bid security issued by a reputable Commercial Bank of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (1, 500, 000 Frw), must reach in sealed envelopes at the Secretariat of the Procurement Unit at EUCL, Room G114, no later than 25th/09/2018 at 9:30 am. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
