Tenders are invited for Supply of Blood Bags for The National Center for Blood Transfusion (CNTS).

1. The C2D Santé Project Coordination Unit (UCP C2D Santé) solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the supply of blood bags for the National Center for Blood Transfusion (CNTS) .

2. The contract will be passed on unit prices.
Supplies, subject of this consultation, will be executed in one (1) single lot.

3. The contract will be conducted by the Open Competition Simplified Procedure (OSP) as defined by Decree No. 112 / MPMBPE / DGBF / DMP of 08 March 2016 on simplified competitive procedures.
