SUPPLY of BIOMASS FUEL
1.1.1.Korea Southern Power Co., Ltd. (“KOSPO”), duly organized by virtue of the law of the Republic of Korea and having its head office in Busan, Korea, issues this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) for procuring Biomass Fuel(Wood Pellet or Woody Biomass SRF(Pellet Type)) to provide a bidder (“Bidder”) with information on the procedures of and requirements for bidding.
1.1.2.KOSPO has a coal-fired thermal power plant that has 500MW eight units with pulverized type boiler (“Ha-dong”). In order to meet the obligation of the Renewable Portfolio Standard policy in Korea, KOSPO intends to co-fire Biomass Fuel in Ha-dong.
