Tenders are invited for Supply of an Automobile Insurance Policy (including Stickers), Goods Transported, Fire Buildings and Stocks at the Office Cereal.

Financing

8. Consultation of the file
The Tender File can be consulted during working hours at the Secretariat of the General Directorate of the Cereal Office, tel: 222 27 14 38, BP 298 Garoua.

9. Acquisition of the file
The Tender File can be obtained at the General Direction of the Cereal Office, Secretariat of the Director General in Garoua against receipt of payment of the non-refundable sum of thirty thousand (30, 000) FCFA to the CAS account, the ARMP under the number 97568660001-28 opened at the BICEC in Garoua whose original is to be attached to the administrative file. The copy of the said receipt will be deposited instead of the withdrawal of the Tender File.

10. Submission of bids
Each offer written in English or French in seven (07) copies of which one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such must be deposited with the Secretariat of the Director General of the Office no later than 09/12/2019 at 10 am local time, and marked:

11. Provisional bond
On pain of rejection, each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tendering deposit, drawn up by a first-rate financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit No 10 of the DAO, valid during thirty (30) days beyond the original bid validity date. The security is fixed as follows: Two hundred and sixty thousand (260, 000) FCFA.

12. Admissibility of tenders
The other administrative documents required must be produced in originals or certified true copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Prefect, Subpréfet), in accordance with the provisions of the Supplementary Regulations of the Invitation to Tender. They must obligatorily date from less than three (03) months or have been established after the date of signature of the Invitation to Tender.
