Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply of Grocery Items- Cereals, Spices, Pasta & Vermicelli.

Fees: QAR 200/-.

• Tender Documents may be obtained from The Diplomatic Club's, Finance Office, upon presentation of valid Commercial Registration Certificate and by depositing non-refundable tender document fees to General Cashier

• Prices to be fixed for the period of 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2019

• Tenders should accompanied by a Tender Bond equivalent to 5% of quoted value, issued by a bank operating in the state of Qatar as a temporary guarantee and valid for 120 days from the date of closing.

• Successful Tenderers shall submit Performance Bond issued by a bank operating in the state of Qatar equivalent to 10% of the Contract sum which shall be valid until 31/01/2020

• Offers should be valid for 90 days commencing from the closing date

• The Diplomatic Club's shall have the right to increase or decrease the quantity by 20% of the contract value, as per its condition & price

• The Diplomatic Club's would not be bound to accept the lowest or any other tender and is under no obligation to show reason thereof.

• Tenders should be submitted in duplicate one Original & one Copy not later than 2:00 PM on Sunday 07lh of October 2018 (closing date) and must be deposited into the Tender Box provided in Finance Office, located at The Diplomatic Club, at West bay and should be in sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman. Tenders Committee, quoting the Tender Number, Subject and Group/s.
