Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to advise, supply, mark and transport promotional items intended to support the communication actions carried out by the region and its various departments.). This framework agreement is mixed (article R. 2162-3 of the public procurement code); it may therefore be carried out by means of purchase orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the price list for units but also by means of subsequent contracts which may be: either at global and fixed price; either at unit prices; either at mixed prices. This framework agreement is mono-awarding and not allotted. The minimum and maximum cumulative amounts of orders and subsequent contracts that can be carried out under this framework agreement are defined as follows:

- minimum amount: 25, 000 EUR excluding VAT per twelve-month period;

- maximum amount: 175, 000 EUR excl. VAT per twelve-month period.
