Tenders are invited for Supply and Maintenance of Computers, Printers, Servers, UPS and other IT Equipment.

Restriction: Documents should include: Detailed Company Profile - overview of the company and key staff plus major tasks performed, company premises, shareholders, directors, bankers, power of attorney and contact details. VAT Registration Certificate and EFD Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation, Evidence from previous clients other than that may provide confirmation if contacted by procuring entity. Latest Bank Statement for the past 6 months or audited accounts for the past two years. List of compelling contracts / orders successfully executed in the last two years indicating name of client, contract amount, contract period, and description of goods, services and works supplied supported by LPOs and or Contracts. Proposed delivery and payment terms. Signed application letter for pre-qualification, clearly indicate on the envelope category number. No late bids shall be accepted.
