BDF, an independent company that was created in collaboration of the Government of Rwanda and the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD).

BDF is one of the implementing institutions of the National SME Development Policy and has been mandated to implement the “Access to Finance” objective.
It is also a pillar in the National Employment Program (NEP).

TITLE: TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS IT EQUIPMENT

SOURCE OF FUND: BDF

CLIENT: BDF

Business Development Fund (BDF) hereby invites qualified bidders for the supply and installation of various IT equipment. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The tender consists of one indivisible lot.

Tender Document may be obtained from the BDF Head Office/Reception located at M PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town), upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10, 000 Rwf) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of One Million Five Hundred (1, 500, 000Frw) from the recognized commercial banks only. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period and shall be issued by the recognized commercial banks.

Well printed bids written in French or English, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies of which, an Original and two (2) copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, the BDF Head Office located at M PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town) not later than 19/03/2019 at 3:00 p.m. prompt local time. Late bids will be strictly rejected.

The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline for their submission.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 3:30 p.m prompt local time at BDF Conference room.
