Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of 6 Solar Pumps (3 Submerged Pumps and 3 Surface Pumps).

Submission of certified financial statements for the last three (3) years (2017, 2016 and 2015) demonstrating the current strength of the candidate's financial position.

Turnover:

Have a minimum of average annual turnover that corresponds to the total of the mandated payments received for contracts in progress or completed during the last three (03) years (2017, 2016 and 2015) of:

Lots Average annual turnover

Lot 1 30, 000, 000 F.CFA

Lot 2 90, 000, 000 F.CFA

The bidding documents will be issued against a non-refundable payment7 of 25, 000 FCFA in cash.

A copy of the tender documents will be available for free on-site consultation by candidates who wish to do so.

Tenders must be submitted to the following address. Service of the Administrative and Financial Department of the National Agency for Renewable Energies (ANER) National Agency for Renewable Energies, 120 Cité Asecna Liberté 6 Extension - 2nd Floor, Dakar - no later than Monday, May 30, 2019 at 10 precise hours.

The Late bids will not be accepted. The offers will open on Monday, May 30, 2019 at 10 am, at the meeting room of the National Agency for Renewable Energies, 120 Cité Asecna Liberté 6 Extension - 1st Floor, Dakar.

Tenders must include a tender guarantee issued by a financial institution or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of the Economy of Finance and Planning in the amount of:

· Six hundred thousand FCFA (600, 000 FCFA) for Lot 1.

· One million FCFA (1, 000, 000 FCFA) for Lot 2.

The validity period of the bid security is 118 days, which is 28 days after the expiry of the bid validity period of 90 days.
