The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an International NGO with regional competence and expertise in working with displaced populations. The Regional Office is based in Nairobi, Kenya with

Offices and operations of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites potential suppliers/contractors to apply to the following tenders:

i. Installation of one elevated water tank 250 m3 -Sana'a - Amanat Alasemah - Azal district-NRC/SAH/19/YEFM1810-988

ii. supply and install of solar pumping unit - Sana'a Governorate. Jehana distric - NRC/SAH/19/YEFM1810-970

iii. Construction of water network in Amran governorate. NRC/SAH/19/YEFM1810 - 993

iv. Supply and installation of solar pumping unit and diesel pumping unit in Amran governorate.NRC/SAH/19/YEFM1810 - 994

Manner of Submission:

Bidders have to bring stamped official letter from their company with copy of valid commercial register and valid tax card to collect the tender documents starting from 21th of April 2019 until the final day 05th of May 2019 between 09:00 AM to 03:00 pm, and suppliers- questions & inquires will be responded during the above period NOT after the due date through the email below.

Offers should clearly include the following:

· Valid Company registration and TAX card.

· Documented experience & references from other similar transactions.

· Financial statement documents FOR 2018 and 2019 to prove the financial capacity of the contractor.

· Validity of offer and confirmed delivery period

· Net price for each item.

· Bank guarantee with value one thousand two hundred USD for each tender

valid for two months as willingness proof to participate to NRC Trend (submitting separately out of the sealed envelopes).

· Each tender must be submitted separately (4 tenders), and each tender in 2 envelops (Technical and financial) offer
