This contract is a mixed market within the meaning of Article 20 (1) and (2) of the law of 17 June 2016. According to the said section 20 of the Act, the main purpose being a contract for supplies, the provisions applicable to that Type of contract will apply to this special specifications. Purpose of the supplies: This contract deals with the supply - by acquisition - the delivery, installation and commissioning of an oven atomic absorption spectrometer with Zeeman correction with thermal decomposition module for mercury analysis. The atomic absorption spectrometer is intended for mercury analysis in absorbent traps specifically designed for continuous monitoring of mercury emissions according to CEN / TS 17286: 2019 (see photo below). The device is a laboratory analyzer for routine and specific mercury analyzes. The device is a direct mercury analyzer without pretreatment of the sample and without pressurized gas use.
