6. Contract description
The capacity of Rwanda to develop country exports to enter and comply with regional and international markets depends critically on their ability to meet stringent export market requirements. In this context, Rwanda is looking for upgrading the NAEB specialized export quality infrastructures with special attention to the export laboratory equipment, and facilities, so as to improve the quality related standards for the export commodities.
