Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation of IT Equipment at the Headquarters of the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency.

Consistency of the services
The services that are the subject of this consultation include the supply and installation of the following computer equipment:

Five (05) laptops;
Five (05) covers for laptops;
Five (05) wireless USB optical mice;
Five (05) laptop backpacks;
One (01) workstation;
Ten (10) office suites;
Fifteen (15) inverters;
Fifteen (15) Surge suppressor plugs;
Seven (07) photocopiers;
Five (05) Document binders.

Acquisition of the file:
The consultation file can be consulted free of charge during working hours (7.30am - 3.30pm) as soon as this notice is circulated to the Tenders Department located on the 4th floor door no. 6 039 of the ARMP headquarters building in Mballa II Yaoundé. It may also be withdrawn against presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA Francs in the account entitled "CAS-ARMP Special Assignment Account" opened in the BICEC Agencies: Central Bafoussam Agency; Bamenda; Bertoua; Buea; Douala; Dschang; Ebolowa; Garoua; Limbe; Maroua; Ngaoundere; Yaounde.

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid security issued by a bank or financial institution authorized to issue securities in the framework of public contracts and listed in Exhibit 4 of the Consultation File, valid for thirty ( 30) days beyond the deadline for the validity of offers, in the amount of one million (1, 000, 000) CFA Francs.
