Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Irrigation Networks for Hill Lakes in Baalback and Hermel.
1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents in English by sending an official email (mentioning the bidder name, address, contact person and phone number) to procurement.agrical@gmail.com, Attention: Ms. Amal Deghaili, AgriCAL Procurement Officer.
No pre-bid meeting will be organised for this activity.
3Bidders requiring any clarification of the bidding documents shall notify the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) in writing at the PCU`s email address mentioned above. The PCU will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 21 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Copies of the PCU`s response will be forwarded to all purchasers of the bidding documents, including a description of the inquiry, but without identifying its source.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before Wednesday 23rd of April 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Beirut local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned to the Bidders unopened. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at Wednesday 23rd of April 2020 at 11:15 a.m. Beirut local time.
