1. The invitation to tender follows the general procurement notice for this project which has been published on UNDB online n ° AFDB976-07 / 19 of 18/07/2019 and on the website of the African Development Bank Group. Development on 19/07/2019.

2. The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received funding from the African Development Fund (ADF) and the Support Fund for
