Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of the Illuminations of End-of-Season Celebrations. Year 2019 in the City of Yaounde in a Single Lot

Consistency of the services
The work to be done:
- installation of illumination equipment provided by the CUY;
- supply and installation of new lighting equipment;
- connections of installations on the ENEO network, including counting and commissioning of equipment;
- maintenance in good operating condition of the illuminations on all the sites;
- security by the company of the equipment installed;
- removal of said equipment and their storage in the CUY stores;
- any other subjection necessary for the proper execution of the works.


Delivery time
For the end of year holidays in 2019, the maximum execution time provided by the Client for the completion of the works is four (4) months from the notification of the service order to start the work and, the illuminations will run from December 5, 2019 to January 15, 2020.

5. Allotment
Work in a single batch is scheduled at the following sites and crossroads:

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to any company specialized in electrical engineering works on urban roads.

Financing
The works subject of this call for tenders will be financed by the Budget of the Urban Community of Yaounde, Fiscal Year 2019 (Maintenance Account of Roads / Illuminations end of year 2019).

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond established by a financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in the present DAO, for an amount of five million (5, 000, 000) CFA francs. thirty (30) days beyond the original bid validity date. ;

Admissibility of tenders
Tenders must respect the principle of separation of administrative, technical and financial offers.

(g) not owning equipment consisting of two (2) bucket trucks;
h) omission of unit price

a) the quality of the methodological note (descriptive note and visit report, conformity of the tenderer`s proposed methods, rational scheduling of tasks, schedule and deadline);
(b) key management personnel;
c) the bidder`s references for illuminations and / or public lighting works for the last three years of 2016, 2017 and 2018, including 2019 if the company has them;
d) the material means.
