Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Furniture, Office Equipment and Operating Equipment for (6) HD, Two (2) CHR and Three (3) CSME.

This Notice of invitation to tender follows the General Procurement Notice published online on 17 September 2015 and in the Sahel Daily N ° 8997 of 17 September and the Sahel Sunday N ° 1658 of 02 October 2015 and that in the Public Procurement Plan 2017 of the Ministry of Public Health, sent to the General Directorate of Controlling Public Contracts and Financial Commitments by letter N ° 0003 / MSP / DGR / DMP / DSP of 13/01/2017 and approved by letter N ° 0039 / MF / DGCMP / EF / DER of 17/01/2017 and published in the daily Sahel N ° 9267 of 24/01/2017.

2. The Government of the Republic of Niger has received grants from the French Agency for Development (AFD), the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), the World Bank, the United Nations Fund for Children (UNICEF), GAVI Alliance RSS / FC, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the World Bank in the form of a Common Fund to Support the Implementation of the Health Development Plan various currencies and to use part of this financing to make payments under the contract for the supply and installation of radiology, surgery, laboratory, biomedical devices, furniture, office automation and operating equipment for public health facilities.

3. The Ministry of Public Health (MSP) solicits closed bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required for the supply and installation of radiology, surgery, laboratory, biomedical devices, furniture, office equipment and operating equipment for public health facilities:
- Lot N ° 1; Supply and installation of Radiology equipment and accessories for five (5) HD and two (2) CHRs;
- Lot N ° 2; Supply and installation of two (2) HD Laboratory equipment and materials and Diffa CSI 2;

- Lot N ° 3; Supply and installation of equipment and surgical equipment for five (5) HD and two (2) CHR;
- Lot N ° 4; Supply and installation of Medical Devices for (6) HD and two (2) CHRs;
- Lot Nr 5; Supply and installation of furniture, office equipment and operating equipment for (6) HD, two (2) CHR and three (3) CSME;

The delivery period is six (6) months from the date of notification of the minutes of the validation of the tax calculations of the General Directorate of Customs (Technical Commission responsible for examining the validity of tax calculations).
