Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Supply and Installation of Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment (Ff&E) for Kitchens, Retails, F&B Outlets, Food Kiosks and Staff Canteen and the Installation of Cabanas..

Expressions of Interest should contain, as a minimum, the following information:
1) Details of completed and current contracts of similar scope undertaken in the past 3 years including nature
of works, type and quantity of equipment, with contract value.
2) Safety record, with details, of fitting out contracts for the past 3 years.
3) Details of any Labour Department (or other authorities) prosecutions in the past 5 years.
4) Details of ‘Notices of Dispute-, if any, issued by the Contractor within the past 3 years.
5) Overall management and resources, including knowledge, experience, capability and availability of key
staff.
6) Copy of current Registration Certificates as a Registered General Building Contractor issued by the
Buildings Department.
7) Last 3-Years- audited financial statements
