Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Fire Protection System for Sravasthipura Sub Warehouse of Medical Supplies Division, Colombo 10.
Non-Refundable Bid Document Fee : Rs. 2500.00
Bid documents may be obtained from the Administration Office of the Medical Supplies Division on submission of a written request to the Administrative Officer between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days of the week from 03.01.2022 until 25.01.2022 along with the receipt obtained from the Shroff upon payment of the relevant bid fee.
Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 26.01.2022 and the perfected bids may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office of the Accountant (Supplies) in the Medical Supplies Division to receive before the scheduled opening time and date of bids.
Site inspection meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 24.01.2021 at the Medical Supplies Division.
Bids in duplicate marked as Original and Duplicate should be inserted in separate covers and thereafter both covers should be reinserted in a single cover and mention the Name of the Work Subject and Bid Opening Date and Time. Bidder or his representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
