Hidroelectrica de Cahora Bassa, SA. («HCB») intends to hire a company for supply and installation of Automatic fire detection and extinguishment in the power transformers, 160MVA. In this context, HCB requests the expressions of interest (EOI) of interested and specialized companies with the aim of pre-selecting the bidders. Present a commercial registration certificate that allows the company carry out th e activity; Demonstrate proven experience of at least ten (10) years in supply, installation, and maintenance of fire detection and extinguishment in 160MVA Transformer or commissioning higher; Present the company profile, highlighting its experience, area of expertise, human resources structure, including its technical qualifications and competences of their team; Provide references of similar successful projects in the last five (05) years, whose dimension and complexity is equal to or greater than the above mentioned works; Present an average annual turnover in the last 5 years above $10 million; Submit the Declaration that no insolvency and recovery proceedings are filed against the company; Tax and Social Security Certificates.
