1. This Notice of invitation to tender follows the General Procurement Notice published online on 17 September 2015 and in the Sahel Daily N ° 8997 of 17 September and the Sahel Sunday N ° 1658 of 02 October 2015 and that in the Public Procurement Plan 2016 of the Ministry of Public Health, sent to the General Directorate of Public Contracts Control and Financial Commitments by letter N ° 0001 / MSP / SG / DGR / DMP / DSP of 04/01 / 2019 and approved by letter N ° 0042 / MF / DGCMP / EF / DER of 10/01/2019 and published in the daily Sahel N ° 9657 of 21/01/2019.

2. The Government of the Republic of Niger has received grants from the French Agency for Development (AFD), the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), the World Bank, the United Nations Fund for Children (UNICEF), the GAVI Alliance, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the World Bank in the form of a Common Fund to support the implementation of the 2017-2021 Health Development Plan in various currencies and to use part of this financing to make payments under the contract for interconnection of the health structures of the regions of Niamey, Dosso and Tillabéry. In three lots:

Lot N ° 1: Supply and installation of equipment for Voice over IP, Exchange, virtualisation and data backup
Lot N ° 2: Acquisition and installation of a solar group and a technical floor for the server room
Lot N ° 3 : Computer cabling for the regions of Dosso and Tillaberi

3. The Ministry of Public Health (MSP) is soliciting closed bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required for interconnection of health facilities in the Niamey, Dosso and Tillabéry regions in three (3) lots.

Delivery times are three (3) months for lots N ° 1 and N ° 3 and five (5) months for lot N ° 2 from the date of notification of the minutes of the validation of tax calculations. of the General Directorate of Customs (Technical Commission responsible for examining the validity of tax calculations).

Interested bidders may obtain a complete Bidding Document in French against payment of a non-refundable sum of two hundred thousand (200, 000) CFA Francs (or equivalent in a freely convertible currency) in cash or by check certified.
