Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of E-Learning System

Passport, Immigration & Citizenship Agency (PICA), an Executive Agency under the Ministry of National Security of the Government of Jamaica, has received funding from the United Kingdom-s Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) towards the cost of procuring an e-Learning System and wishes to invite qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply and installation of an e-Leaming Solution. The procurement process will be executed in accordance with the Government of Jamaica`s Public Procurement Act (2015) and Regulations (2018).
ELIGIBILITY
To be considered eligible, bidders must possess and provide proof of the following:
• Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration as a supplier of Goods and Services in the categories - “Information Technology Systems", “Computer and Related Services`, “Computer and Supplies”, “General Services"
• A valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• Other requirements as stipulated in the tender documents
Note: Overseas Bidders will be required to provide their PPC registration and a valid Tax Compliance Certificate at the time of contract award.
AVAILABILITY OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND BID SUBMISSION
This is an online tender where tender documents, clarifications and bids will only be made available and accepted via the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal-GOJEP (www.gojep.gov.jm). No offline (hard copies) will be accepted and there will be no physical tender drop-off box for drop-off of tender documents.

• Clarification period - no later than Wednesday, February 11, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

Tenders must be submitted using Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement Portal (GOJEP) no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Online Bid Opening will take place at 2:15 p.m. on the same date. An Online Bid Report will be sent to all bidders. Late bids will be automatically rejected by the system.
